Last night I was on a call with Chalene Johnson and one of the things she said (along with a lot of other things) was that we shouldn't be afraid to do what we believe in. A lot of the time we are all too afraid to get out there and let our true colors show and that ends up being our biggest crutch. We sometimes are too afraid to step forward and be who we are when there are people who say we are silly for doing what we want.
Say what's on your mind, be who you want to be...don't let anyone hold you back. It takes time to be that confident person, but continuing to stick to your guns and not let those naysayers keep you down is the only way to achieve success. Your success should be your "why", no matter what your goals are. Don't forget that "why", without it what's the point in doing anything???
This is my time, your time, our time: do you, release bad influences from your life, and help others remember their "why".
